Sunday Services

Our church services take place every Sunday at 9:30am & 11:30am at Dr. John Grieco Elementary School, located at 50 Durie Avenue in Englewood, NJ.

Our services start promptly at 9:30am & 11:30am. We recommend that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes ahead of your chosen service so that you don’t miss out on any part of the worship.

Parking may be found directly across the street from the school, or in the large parking lot, adjacent to the stadium.

Additionally, if you have very young children, we also have a Family Parking on the left side of the school.

Simply follow our signs to the right parking lot for you and/or family!

Once you’ve park, head to the school entrance – our smiling Welcome Team will be there to greet you and guide you 🤗

Absolutely! We offer in-person classes every week except for the the first Sunday of every month. These are the classes that we have available:

9:30am Service

• Nursery (newborn to 23 months)

• MetroTots (2 year olds)

• Preschool (ages 3 to 5)

• MetroKids (Grades K-3)

11:30am Service

• Nursery (newborn to 23 months)

• Preschool (ages 3 to 5)

• MetroKids (Grades K-3)

• 4th & 5th Grade

• Middle & High School (Grades 6-12)

If you have children and wish for them to attend our Student Ministries, we recommend enrolling your children before you arrive so that you can check in your children quickly upon arrival. You can find the enrollment form HERE.

We take security very seriously at Metro.

In order for your kids to be checked in to our Student Ministry classes, they will need to be enrolled in our system. We recommend enrolling your kids prior to arrival. You can find the enrollment form here HERE.

Babies

• For babies that are newborn to 23 months, no check-in is required. Simply, head down to the hallway to the school gym where our nursery is located. Not sure where to go? Simply ask our welcome team!

Toddlers (2 years old), Preschool & Grades K-3

• Check-in will take place by the school's front desk, located to the left as you walk into Grieco Elementary School.

• During check-in, your child(ren) will receive a name tag with a unique identification number. You will also receive a tag with this same ID number, which will be required when picking up your child(ren) at the end of the service.

• We will also double-check that we have the correct phone number on file, in case of an emergency.

• At the conclusion of service, please be sure to show your matching ID tag to the class teacher/leader when picking up your child.

4th & 5th Grade

• 4th & 5th graders will check-in and be picked up as above; however, they will worship in the main sanctuary with their families until they are dismissed from the service and led to their classroom prior to the sermon.

Middle & High School

• Middle Schoolers are not required to check-in and will worship in the main sanctuary with their families until they are dismissed from the service and led to their classroom prior to the sermon.

PLEASE NOTE: family members may not enter a classroom unless it is an emergency and/or permission has been given by a staff member.

The only requirement is that you come clothed! Some churches stress wearing your "Sunday best" (e.g. suit and tie), but at Metro your Sunday best is simply being yourself. Come as you are!
